Refund and Return Policy

At ArainTradingInc, we ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers.

Refundable Items

  • Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 10-12 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Defect/Damage: Returns are accepted for products that are damaged or defective. Customers must email photos of the product to verify the damage or defect before initiating a return. A full refund will be issued for approved defective or damaged items.
  • Sizing Issues:
    • If the sizing issue is due to a customer error, a 30% deduction will be applied to the total paid amount.
    • If ArainTradingInc delivers the wrong size, a full refund will be issued, and the product can be returned.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition with similar packaging.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Products: No returns are accepted for custom products, including items with customized sizes, colors, logos, badges, or any other modifications from the original product.
  • Boots and Gloves: Due to their size, boots and gloves are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. In such cases, a full refund will be issued upon return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit, or debit card).
  • Refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • While we offer free worldwide shipping, the original shipping charges incurred by ArainTradingInc will be deducted from the refund amount.
